Which bundles are contained in the comparison website database?

The bundles in the price simulator database are intended to reflect the most up to date services offered by the operators offering telecommunications services in Bermuda.

We particularly would like to stress the fact that the purpose of the bundles module is by no means to compare "mixed" offers, either from a single operator or from several operators.

Why do I have to tell how I wish to do the installation?

In the cases of fixed telecommunications service (telephone, Internet, TV or bundle integrating at least one fixed component). This information can be important for two reasons. The monthly average cost can vary according to the type of installation done. Some plans are only offered in one of the 2 versions: either with an installation of the "do-it-yourself" type or with an installation done by a technician.

Is it possible to combine several SIM cards in one combined offer?

The tariff simulator does not allow combining several SIM cards in the same bundle.

Why am I not able to see my bundle price plan?

The website displays plans only entered by the service providers.

However, it is possible that your tariff plan is no longer showed by our tool. Several reasons can explain it:

  • Either your plan is no longer available. In this case, please contact your operator in order to obtain information about this tariff plan;
  • Or the operator has not introduced this tariff plan matching your criteria.

Once again, we particularly stress the fact that the purpose of the bundles module is by no means to compare "mixed" offers, either from a single operator or from several operators.
