Questions relating to telephone services

If you do not find the answer to one of your questions, do not hesitate to contact us by sending an e-mail at the following address: info@rab.bm.

These questions concern the comparisons of tariff plans for calls made from a landline telephone.
  1. Why do I have to tell how I wish to do the installation?
  2. Why do I have to enter the total number of minutes for each type of call?
  3. Why is a given country not listed among the possible destinations of international calls?
  4. Why am I not able to see my telephone plan?

Why do I have to tell how I wish to do the installation?

In the cases of fixed telephone service, this information can be important for two reasons. The monthly average cost can vary according to the type of installation done. Some plans are only offered in one of the 2 versions: either with an installation of the "do-it-yourself" type or with an installation done by a technician.

Why do I have to enter the total number of minutes for each type of call?

The charged price plans can vary according to the type of call. In order to guarantee that the call costs are correctly reflected, the simulator must split your usage minutes between the different types of calls.

Why is a given country not listed among the possible destinations of international calls?

The list of countries are used by all local carriers.  If you do not see your country contact the service provider for more information

Why am I not able to see my tariff plan of fixed telephony?

The website displays plans only entered by the service providers.

However, it is possible that your tariff plan is no longer showed by our tool. Several reasons can explain it:

  • Either your plan is no longer available. In this case, please contact your operator in order to obtain information about this tariff plan
  • Or the operator has not introduced this tariff plan matching your criteria.
