Who should use the price comparison tool?

This tool is for anyone who is looking to compare retail telecommunications services prices that are currently available in the Bermudian residential market.

By residential market we mean offers intended for non-commercial use.

How does the price comparison tool work?

The price comparison tool is divided into 5 sections: telephone, mobile, Broadband, television and the bundles section.

To perform a search the system will ask you to provide basic information on how you use the telecommunications service you are looking for.

Depending on the information you will have entered, the system will calculate how much it would cost you every month to use the service. It will take into account all information available in the system, including promotions and options available for the plan proposed.

Why am I not able to see my price plan?

It is possible that your plan is no longer showed by our tool. Several reasons can explain it:

Either the plan is no longer available to customers. In this case, please contact the service provider to obtain more information about this tariff plan; Or the operator has not introduced any tariff plan.

I don't understand the information required/given.
